1. Agreement to Terms

By enrolling your child(ren) in Champ Camp, scheduling a class, trial, event, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not participate in our programs.

 

2. Program Description

Champ Camp is a youth fitness and character-building program designed to help children improve strength, coordination, confidence, discipline, and overall athletic ability through structured physical activity and coaching.

 

Champ Camp is not a medical provider and does not offer medical, physical therapy, or mental health services.

 

3. Eligibility & Participation

• Programs are open to children based on age and ability levels as determined by Champ Camp coaches.

• Parents/guardians must disclose any medical conditions, injuries, or limitations prior to participation.

• Champ Camp reserves the right to adjust class placement based on safety, behavior, or skill level.

 

4. Assumption of Risk

Participation in physical activity involves inherent risks, including but not limited to muscle strain, falls, or injury.

 

By enrolling, parents/guardians voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation and agree that Champ Camp, its owners, coaches, staff, and affiliates are not liable for injuries, accidents, or damages except where required by law.

 

5. Waiver & Release

By enrolling your child, you agree to release and hold harmless Champ Camp, its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims arising out of participation, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

 

A signed waiver may be required prior to participation.

 

6. Membership Commitment & Cancellation Policy

• Memberships may be offered as month-to-month or fixed-term commitments (including 3-, 6-, or 12-month memberships).

• Members enrolled in a fixed-term membership are responsible for the full initial commitment period and may not cancel before the commitment has been fulfilled, except where required by law or otherwise approved in writing by Champ Camp management.

• Upon completion of the initial commitment term, memberships will automatically renew and continue on a month-to-month basis unless cancelled in accordance with this policy.

• All membership cancellations require a minimum of thirty (30) days’ written notice. The 30-day notice period begins on the date Champ Camp recieves a completed and approved Membership Cancellation Request Form.

• Memberships remain active, and all applicable membership fees will continue during the required 30-day notice period.

• Failure to attend classes, temporary non-use of a membership, or verbal notification does not constitute cancellation.

• All cancellation requests must be submitted by completing and submitting the official Champ Camp Membership Cancellation Request Form. Requests made by phone, text message, email, social media, or verbal conversation will not be considered official notice unless confirmed in writing by Champ Camp management.

 

Membership Freeze/Pause Policy

• Membership freezes or pauses are not generally permitted.

• Freeze requests may be considered only for military deployment or other circumstances approved by Champ Camp management at its sole discretion.

• Approval of a freeze request is not guaranteed and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

• All freeze requests must be submitted using the official Champ Camp Membership Freeze Request Form and must receive written approval from management before a freeze becomes effective.

• Membership billing will continue unless and until a freeze request has been approved in writing by Champ Camp.

 

7. Cancellations & Class Changes

• Champ Camp may cancel or reschedule classes due to illness, weather, holidays, facility issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.

• No refunds will be issued for cancellations outside Champ Camp’s control; however, makeup classes or alternative arrangements may be offered at Champ Camp’s discretion.

 

8. Behavior & Conduct

Champ Camp is committed to providing a respectful, safe, and supportive environment for all participants.

 

We reserve the right to remove or suspend a child from class if behavior is unsafe, disruptive, or disrespectful toward staff or other participants. Repeated behavioral issues may result in termination of membership without refund.

 

9. Parent Responsibilities

• Parents/guardians must ensure timely drop-off and pickup.

• Champ Camp is not responsible for children outside scheduled class times.

• Parents agree to communicate respectfully with staff and other families.

• Parents are responsible for keeping their contact and payment information current.

 

10. Media Release

Unless otherwise stated in writing, Champ Camp may use photos or videos of participants for marketing, social media, website content, and promotional purposes.

 

You may opt out at any time by submitting a written request.

 

11. Text, Email & Communication

By enrolling or submitting your contact information, you consent to receive emails, text messages, and other communications related to scheduling, billing, program updates, announcements, and other Champ Camp information. You may opt out of promotional communications at any time.

 

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Champ Camp’s liability shall be limited to the amount paid for services during the current billing period.

 

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

 

14. Changes to Terms

Champ Camp reserves the right to modify or update these Terms of Service, membership policies, pricing, schedules, procedures, and operational policies at any time. Reasonable notice of material changes may be provided by email, text message, the member portal, our website, or other communication methods. Continued participation in Champ Camp programs after such changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms and policies.
